We employ professional photographers that will help you get more people through the door. There are a lot of elements that go into staging a home to sell. They include removing clutter, de-personalizing, and touching up paint, as well as removing large or unnecessary furniture and improving lighting and decor. These things are free or very inexpensive. Additionally, we can do full staging with furniture rental and decor at a reasonable cost. The photos below show a recent listing of ours - the first one is from another agent who had it listed, and second one is after we took over. We had the home painted, cleaned and staged without the out-of-town owner ever having to visit. It's no surprise that we accepted a full-price offer within 2 weeks!
